Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is not really as mysterious as some people think.  We all go into a state of trance before we fall asleep-that state where we are not quite asleep nor are we awake.  It is in this state that our unconscious is most receptive to a message (or induction) involving change.  This change can become healthier or to have increased self-esteem.  Therefore, hypnotic inductions are often for the following:

* Weight Loss
* Smoking Cessation
*  Reducing Anxiety

If the unconscious accepts a message, the cognitive mind will follow suit.  Hypnosis is a natural process that can facilitate making positive changes easier.  Hypnosis is not dangerous, nor will a person do something against their will.  (These are common myths)
